  • Ample parking (at least 12 spaces per 1000 s.f.)
  • Easy ingress/egress
  • 35,000+ average daily traffic count

Trade Area Criteria

  • Mix of residential, commercial and business population
  • 20,000/40,000/75,000 households within 1/3/5-mile radius
  • 10,000 daytime population within 1 mile
  • Above average median household income (relative to the overall market)
